Conferences

The pavilion set in the pines is secluded insuring the attendee’s complete attention. Not only will the attendees gain new knowledge, but with our onsite catering service during the breaks will make sure everyone departs a happy camper.
Executive and Company Meetings
When you need to conduct a serious business meeting, and you don’t want any distractions you will find Burnt Pine Plantation the perfect choice. Our conference room accommodates 28 folks in total privacy. You are assured a distraction free environment. Based on the total event there is usually no charge for the room. We have all the necessary audio/visual equipment as part of the package, and of course Wi-Fi is free. It doesn’t have to be an all work no play event either. Onsite sporting clays is available including shotgun rental along with shells. Or, our onsite ponds are loaded with bass, bream, and catfish. Off-site activates include golf and guided fishing trips to nearby Lake Ocone.
